Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 great hotel in garden district
We were very impressed. The hotel is beautiful and newly remodeled. Our room was large and comfortable, and had a beautiful view overlooking the street cars on St Charles. Very quiet and peaceful. We lost a laptop (left in room by mistake) and the staff found it and we were able to get it back, which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back!

I travel every week of the year, mostly for work. This trip was a quick three days to relax a bit.
We arrived fifteen minutes before the 3:00pm checkin time. When we walked in, across the desk, the front desk clerk yells "what do you need? Checkin doesn't start until 3:00pm. Nothing is ready till then." Then returns to looking at the computer.
The entire time I was there, the staff were very short, and seemed annoyed to have to interact with a guest. I have never in my travels met such unprofessional rude staff.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are great and very clean!
The staff, on the other hand, need some personality and etiquette classes before they are left to work with guests.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Maggibird Peaceful relaxing room larger than most.
My first visit to an Indigo. There were several family members, so we had two rooms. Everyone commented on the spaciousness of the room and how peaceful it felt. The bathroom and shower were as large as any I've seen anywhere in a hotel. Just really a pleasant and comfortable stay. It's nice to go to New Orleans and stay on the trolley line away from the hustle and bustle of the quarter.
